Fluted tartlet mould in blued steel sheet, flared edge and fixed bottom. Ideal for baking traditional tarts, tart bases, mini-tarts or mini-quiches.
Non-deformable and watertight mould.
Heat-treated blue sheet metal surface: temporary protection against oxidation; no non-stick coating.
Excellent cooking results thanks to the steel: the mould reaches high temperatures which allows the caramelisation of the juices.
Even heat distribution and uniform baking.
Tip: grease the pan well before use, or line with a cloth or baking paper.
Do not use for cold work.
Maintenance: scrape and brush after use. Lightly grease to protect the sheet. Store in a dry place.
Do not put in the dishwasher. Do not wash with detergents.
