Pasta Model Saracino is the secret of the Italian cake designer. Great results, keeps it shape and has a nice taste. Elastic, can be rolled to 1 mm. Included cocoa butter which gives a nice finish.

J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à travailler cette pâte, qui semble d'abord vraiment très dure, mais il suffit de la mettre au micro-ondes pendant 4 ou 5 secondes pour qu'elle devienne vraiment agréable à travailler. Elle redurcit ensuite très vite, ce qui est parfait quand on veut faire tenir des modelages en 3D.
