Enchanted Cream Choco. The perfect mix for making a light and fluffy cream with chocolate flavor and an attractive chocolate color.
The preparation is equal to that of the regular Enchanted Cream, so just as quick and easy. And off course, also the Choco version is lighter than buttercream.
Preparation for 1 portion of Enchanted Cream: Mix 150 g mix, 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately, as filling of to decorate with. Produced cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reuse. If preferred, you can also prepare the mix with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml). One serving of Enchanted Cream is sufficient for filling 2 layers and covering 1 cake (Ø25 cm) or for piping swirls on approximately 24-30 cupcakes.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder (skimmed), glucose syrup, partially hydrogenated oil (palm), emulsifier: E471, E472f, milk powder (skimmed), hydrogenated coconut fat, b>milkbold. May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy and lupin.
