A delicious bavarois is easily made with this powder mix. With fruit slice. Just great, because super-easy.
Requirements: 500 g whipping cream, 125 g cream fix, 100 ml lukewarm water
Preparations: Beat the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks. Mix the bavarois pulver with the water carefully fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Prepare immediately then place in the refrigerator to set for approximately 1 hour. Suitable for freezing.
