The Wilton meringue powder is the primary ingredient for royal icing. It adds body to royal icing, meringue and boiled icing. It also stabilizes buttercream.

This product can be used as a replacement for fresh egg white in many recipes.

Ingredients: starch, egg whites, sugar, emulsifier (E414), firming agent (E516), acid regulator (E330), stabilizer (E336), flavouring, anti-caking agent (E551). For allergens see ingredients in bold.
