Chocolate popping candy can be sprinkled on a sweet or savoury recipe just before serving.
Popping candy, also known as "Pop Rocks", "Peta Zeta", "Popping candy" or "Frizzy Pazzy", has the particularity of fizzing in the mouth.

Made from sugars and CO2 (the same gas used in soft drinks), popping candy is manufactured using a special process that involves cooking the sugar and then cooling it under pressure to enclose the gas bubbles inside.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, lactose, skimmed milk powder, glucose, anhydrous butter, emulsifier E322, vanilla, natural flavourings, preservative E290.

May contain traces of soya, milk, egg, gluten, nuts, sulphites.

Store away from heat and humidity.

Popping candy comes in a recyclable and reusable glass jar. After use, the empty jar can be placed in special containers for recycling (with stopper) or, after being washed and dried, it can be reused at home to store foodstuffs such as spices, aromatic herbs, etc.
