With this set of 3 ejector cutters, you can cut out tiny stars in sugar or marzipan to decorate your cakes and desserts.
Using the relief cutter :
- Spread the sugar paste (or marzipan) on a non-stick mat or on your work surface previously dusted with icing sugar.
- Cut out a shape without pressing the pusher
- Then press the pusher to eject the shape
Dimensions:
Ø 0.5 cm / Ø 1 cm / Ø 1.3 cm
Maximum thickness of decorations: 1 cm
