Do you sell custom-made cakes?

We sell the supplies and tools for you to make cakes and we also offer courses but we do not take cake orders.

When will I get my order? 

If your order is placed before 12.30pm, it will be despatched on the same day. All our packages are sent by Priority Pack. Swiss Post will deliver the next working day, but does not deliver on Saturdays. Packages despatched on Friday will arrive on Monday (or possibly Tuesday); packages despatched on Saturday will usually arrive on Tuesday.

It's Thursday night or Friday before 12.30pm and I really need something for Saturday, what can I do?

If you cannot come to our shop (which is open from 9am to 12noon on Saturday), Swiss Post offers a "LUNE" Express option which delivers packages on Saturday morning before 9am (details here). To use this option, you must add the LUNE (9 CHF) stamp to your order.

I have placed an order but have not received confirmation, why? 

Did you check your email address carefully? If your address was correct, you must check that you placed the final confirmation of your order, in which case the email would have been sent out immediately. You can track the status of your order at any time by logging into our website: at the bottom of the page there is a My Account - My Orders option. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

I want a product that is out of stock, can I reserve it?

We try to avoid having "out of stock" products, but this does sometimes happen. We do not take product reservations. To easily monitor stock levels of your favourite products, we offer an "Add to My Favourites" option. If the product you are looking for is out of stock for more than two weeks, please contact us.
