Order processing times and delivery options

 

We deliver orders to customers across Switzerland (excluding Büsingen, Campione d’Italia, Samnaun or any location needing export documents) and Liechtenstein. These deliveries are handled by Swiss Post and do not usually require a signature, with the exception of payment by Swissbilling or for particularly expensive orders. Specific requests (such as leaving your package with a neighbour, in the garage, etc.) must be conveyed to your postman or post office.

Orders are packed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed and confirmed before 12.30pm will be shipped on the same day. Delivery times may vary around public holidays, depending on the availability of the Swiss Post or when special times are announced for the shop. 

Once your order has been finalised, you will receive a confirmation email. After confirmation of your payment (if you are paying by bank transfer), you will receive a notification email and we will prepare your order for delivery.

Shipping may be delayed if your order includes customised products (e.g. printing, glitter names or stencils) – this is clearly stated in the product description where appropriate.

If the package is small, the postman may leave it in your letter box. Some products (e.g. edible prints or glitter names) are delivered by  Courrier A in a cardboard envelope if there are no other items in your order (in this case, 3.10 CHF will be automatically added to the delivery charges). When your order is despatched, you will also receive a confirmation email, and, if applicable, a tracking number (which can be checked the same evening). 

 

A fixed rate applies to all packages: 8 CHF for ECO packages and 9 CHF for PRIO packages. This amount is confirmed in your basket before your order is submitted. Delivery is free from 150 CHF (please note: the value of your order will decrease when redeeming loyalty points).

 

Delivery methods

 

You can select your delivery method when finalising your order in your basket. Your chosen method will also be specified in your confirmation email.

 

Priority - Swiss Post

Enjoying fast delivery, PostPac Priority packages are normally delivered the next working day after despatch (Monday to Friday). Depending on the delivery area, some packages collected by Swiss Post on Friday are not delivered until Tuesday.

--> For orders placed on Friday before 12.30pm requiring delivery on Saturday morning, add the Swiss Express "Moon" stamp to your basket! 

Economy - Swiss Post

Your package will be delivered anywhere in Switzerland within two or three working days (Monday to Friday).

 

Bubble Envelope B5 Midi - Letter A (without tracking)

This low-cost shipping option at CHF 4.90 is available for a selection of products, with size and weight restrictions, and was launched in October 2023 as part of an initial test phase. We will gradually expand the list of products eligible for this convenient shipping method. Please note that tracking is not available for this shipping option. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before finalising your order.

By choosing to ship in a bubble envelope, we reduce the use of packaging and cushioning. However, please note that due to this choice of lighter packaging, there is a slightly increased risk that some products may be slightly flattened during transit.

If this option is available for the items you have chosen, it will appear in the shipping options when you finalise your order. Thank you for your understanding and support in our efforts to reduce our environmental impact while offering you affordable and convenient shipping solutions.

In-store collection Geneva

Choose your items, pay for your order and we will prepare it to be collected in-store during opening hours. You will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready to be collected. We usually prepare your order in less than 2 hours. We do not charge delivery costs for this method – it is up to you to come to our store. If you accidentally choose this option, please contact us to cancel the order or to pay additional delivery charges.
If the order is not picked up after two weeks, it will be cancelled and refunded.

 

In-store collection at Cuppin's Geneva - Unavailable at the moment (Novembre & December 2019)

No time to cross the lake? Choose to collect your order at the Cuppin's store in Eaux-Vives. Your order will take 2-3 working days to process. You will receive an email to confirm that it is ready to be collected.
