September 2023 - Technical problem - 4-day delay for use of points - We have 3 cases of customers for whom there is a 4-day delay between the validation of points and the possibility of using them. No simple solution seems possible, and we must hope that the developer will find a solution. We are proceeding with caution so as not to jeopardize the accumulation of available points. Loyalty points

You can now earn loyalty points by shopping on our website! (since mid-March 2017)

Each product entitles you to a certain number of loyalty points (approx. 1 CHF = 1 point) - the amount is shown on the description of each product. Delivery charges are excluded from this calculation, as are some products.

Points are validated when your order is dispatched, collected or, for in-store purchases, 24 to 48 hours after your visit. Please note a change of conditions, as of December 31, 2019, the points will have a validity of 400 days.

Points can then be exchanged (in your account area by logging into the website or in-store) for vouchers at a rate of 1 point = 5 cts, e.g. 20 points = 1 CHF.

How do I convert my points into vouchers?

Firstly, log in to your account (email + password), then click on My Account at the bottom of the page.

Select My LoyaltyPoints, which will take you to a page showing your orders and their loyalty points status.

 At the bottom of the table you will see the phrase "Convert my points into a voucher worth XX CHF". Clicking on this phrase will generate a voucher that can be used for online purchases or in-store.

Please note: free delivery is valid for orders over 150 CHF. Using a voucher will decrease the value of your basket and delivery charges may be required if the total of the order in your basket falls below this amount.
