With this set of 3 ejector cutters, you can cut out tiny stars in sugar or marzipan to decorate your cakes and desserts.

Using the relief cutter :

1. Spread the sugar paste (or marzipan) on a non-stick mat or on your work surface previously dusted with icing sugar.
2. Cut out a shape without pressing the pusher
3. Then press the pusher to eject the shape

Maximum thickness of decorations: 1 cm

Clean with soapy water before first use and after each use. Product complies with food contact standards.
