The natural colouring agents do not allow to obtain bright colors. You will obtain before or after cooking of colors pastels.
Powdered colour - Ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin, carriers: acacia gum E414, medium-chain triglycerides, saccharose, colour: beta-carotene E160a (iii), antioxidants (sodium ascorbate E301, alpha-tocopherol E307).
Net weight: 10 g.
Keep away from light and moisture after opening. For pastries and confectionery. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not get in eyes.
Maximum dosage: +/- depending on the desired colour.
Advice/use: Keep these instructions. To preserve colour, cold use recommended. If the powder becomes compact, crush with a spoon before use. Add directly to the preparation +/- according to the desired colour or dilute with a few drops of water.
