These 9 mini dyes are the perfect decoration to add a touch of sparkle to your desserts! With 9 different shades of iridescent surface colouring, there's a huge choice of colours: pearlescent, silver, rose gold, gold, ruby, turquoise, blue, violet and lime green.
These food-grade surface colours are ideal for enhancing your sweet creations. Perfect for Christmas logs, iced biscuits or cupcakes, they also work well on pastries with hard shells: chocolate shells, macaroon shells, biscuits...
These dyes can be sprinkled over your desserts or applied directly with a brush for greater precision!
Powdered surface dyes :
Types: pearlescent, silver, rose gold, gold, ruby, turquoise, blue, violet
Ingredients : Potassium aluminium silicate (E555), Silicon dioxide (E551), Iron oxides and hydroxides (E172), Silver (E174), Brilliant blue FCF (E133), Carmine (E120)
Potential allergens: EGG, NUTS, CHIN, SOYA, MILK, SESAME, MUSTARD, SULFITES
Use: Coatings for confectionery and chocolate decorations for silver and pearlescent. For decorating confectionery and pastries with gold, rose gold, ruby, turquoise, blue and violet.
Lemon green colouring powder:
Ingredients: Safflower, Lemon, Brilliant blue FCF (E133), Iron oxides and hydroxides (E172), Potassium aluminium silicate (E555).
Potential allergens: EGG, NUTS, CHIN, SOYA, MILK, SESAME, MUSTARD, SULFITES
Maximum dosage: 1g/kg of preparation
