The Renshaw rolled fondant extra from the UK is a highly elastic, but firm fondant, which is easy to use. This makes the fondant suitable for hotter and more humid climates.
The fondant doesn’t stick and has a delicious vanilla flavour. It is ideal for covering cakes, due to its smooth finish. And you can even polish away any imperfections. The fondant can also be rolled out very thinly, this makes it great for frilling. Or use it to make beautiful decorations. In short, just a versatile rolled fondant.
You need approx. 500 gram fondant to cover a round cake with dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, humectant (E422), emulsifier (E471), stabilisers (E413, E466), preservative (E202), flavouring.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and Kosher.
