The sugar paste smoother is a basic tool for decorating cakes with sugar paste.
For a smooth surface and a beautiful finish of your cakes.
After rolling out the sugar paste and placing it on the ready cake, start with a rough work with your hands and then continue from top to bottom with this smoother. Pull the sugarpaste gradually to avoid wrinkles and pass the smoother in round movements.
If the smoother sticks to the dough, check that the dough is not wet, otherwise apply a little icing sugar or cornstarch to the tool.
Tip: You can also use it on the biscuits when they come out of the oven to flatten them
