This Wilton stainless steel smoother is the perfect tool for finishing the cover of your cakes. It will help you to perfectly smooth your cakes.

How to use it? Cover your cake with ganache, buttercream, enchanted cream or icing of your choice. You can simply use a large spoon for now. Make a rough first pass with a spatula and then use this smoother to spread evenly, then smooth the icing.

Tip - Run it under hot water to make it easier to work on the ganache. As it is made of metal, it will be a little hotter and will make your work easier and improve the result.
