Velvet effect food colouring spray, 100 ml capacity.
Velvet effect food colouring spray is made from cocoa butter, and gives your desserts, mousses, logs and ice creams an extremely fine, delicate velvet finish. One 100 ml spray covers 2 cakes measuring 20 - 24 cm in diameter and 4 - 5 cm high, depending on the thickness of the layer.
Give your cakes a magnificent chocolate velvet effect with FunColours spray from FunCakes! You'll be able to add a glamorous touch to your cakes, ice creams, mousses and other sweet treats.
Instructions for use: Store at room temperature (20-25°C) for 2 hours before use. Shake well and warm the can in hot water at 25-35°C. Spray an even layer onto a frozen surface from a distance of 20-25 cm. Leave the sprayed surface to stand for at least 4 hours before use. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean. Clean the nozzle with warm water if it does not spray evenly.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, colouring: E170, E102, E122, E133, propellant: E943a, E943b, E944.
E102, E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
This product may contain traces of colourings and other substances.
May contain traces of: soya, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations greater than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
This product is: Kosher certified, Halal certified, suitable for vegetarians, suitable for vegans.
Warning: Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: May burst if heated. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Do not spray on an open flame or other source of ignition. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C.
