Velvet effect food colouring spray is made from cocoa butter, and gives your desserts, mousses, logs and ice creams an extremely fine, delicate velvet finish. One 100 ml spray covers 2 cakes measuring 20 - 24 cm in diameter and 4 - 5 cm high, depending on the thickness of the layer.
