Sugar dough is elastic and does not tear easily. Harder than other doughs, it must be kneaded well before working. It has a slightly lemony taste, gluten-free.
Composition: Sugar, corn starch, glucose, hydrogenated palm fat, xanthan gum (E-415), stabiliser (E-420), preservative (E-202), colouring (E-153), lemon flavouring.
