Pearly surface coloring to enhance all your desserts, whether your macaroons, your biscuits or your desserts... Shiny and iridescent effect guaranteed! This dye is applied with a slightly damp brush.
Do not include in your preparations (cake batters, cupcakes, etc.).
Ingredients: Colours: carmine E120, iron oxides and hydroxides E172, carrier: potassium aluminium silicate E555.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF EGG, NUTS, PEANUTS, SOYA, MILK, SESAME, MUSTARD, SULPHITES.

Use: for decorating confectionery and pastries.
Maximum dosage: 9g/kg of preparation.
