Pearly surface coloring to enhance all your desserts, whether your macaroons, your biscuits or your desserts... Shiny and iridescent effect guaranteed! This dye is applied with a slightly damp brush.
Do not include in your preparations (cake batters, cupcakes, etc.).
Ingredients: Colourings: brilliant blue FCF E133, iron oxides and hydroxides E172, carrier: alumino-potassium silicate E555.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF EGG, NUTS, PEANUTS, SOYA, MILK, SESAME, MUSTARD, SULPHITES.
Net weight: 5g.
Use: For decorating confectionery and pastries. Maximum dosage: 3g/kg of preparation.
Storage: Store away from light, heat and moisture. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not get in eyes. Information to keep. Apply the colourant with a dry or slightly damp brush.
