Silicone mat, with a fiberglass core, it's perfect for sugar paste, mmf (marshmallow fondant), short pastry, marzipan and chocolate paste and for manufacturing sugar, caramel and chocolate.
It works as baking it resists at temepratures going from -60°C up to +230°C and it has no need to be greased or covered in flour.
