The acetate roll from FunCakes is a food safe acetate foil that is suitable for working with chocolate and making e.g. bavarois and cheesecakes. The foil is easy to cut for various purposes.

How to prepare a mould for a perfect cream cake: 
Cut acetate to the required size. Start with cake at the bottom, put acetate inside and add a cream filling like bavarois or cheesecake. Allow to cool and set. Remove mould and acetate.

Suitable for the freezer, not suitable for the oven.
