Deep Round Cake Pan from PME. This high quality round cake pan, made of strong anodised aluminium, has been made in one piece with straight edges. Aluminum cake pans are a great option for baking cakes due to their even heat distribution and ability to conduct heat quickly.

Advice for use:

  1. Grease the pan: Before pouring the cake batter into the pan, make sure to grease it with butter, oil, or cooking spray. This will prevent the cake from sticking to the pan and make it easier to remove.

  2. Preheat the oven: Always preheat the oven before baking the cake. This will ensure that the cake cooks evenly and doesn't end up undercooked or overcooked.

  3. Use the correct size pan: Make sure to use the correct size pan for the recipe you're following. If the pan is too small, the cake will overflow, and if it's too large, the cake may not rise properly.

  4. Line the bottom with parchment paper: To make it easier to remove the cake from the pan, line the bottom with parchment paper. This will also prevent the cake from sticking to the pan.

  5. Don't use metal utensils: When removing the cake from the pan, use a plastic or silicone spatula. Metal utensils can scratch the surface of the pan and damage the non-stick coating.

  6. Clean the pan properly: After the cake has cooled, remove any leftover crumbs from the pan with a paper towel. Then, wash the pan with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can scratch the surface of the pan.
