The Edgy Starter Set from Dekofee is the tool for modern, sharp-edged motif or trendy cream cakes. With the wide, ergonomic handle you always keep the Edgy in the right position. This versatile Dekofee tool is suitable for ganache and icing cakes. The Edgy is easy to adjust to the right height, has a stable handle and guarantees sharp edges.
The Edgy is suitable for cakes with a dia from 15 cm up to 30 cm. The maximum height is 11.5 cm.
How to use:
Apply the cream on the cake with a spatula. Assemble the Edgy and place this on your cake and remove the remaining cream. Fill in the caps and make the cake smooth again by using the Edgy. Repeat this until you have the perfect sharp edges.
