Ready to use, melt and use

Storage: The product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.

Instructions for use:
Sugarplus is the trade name for Isomalt, a special sugar used for rigid decorations. It should be melted in a small saucepan, on the gas or in the microwave, without over-mixing to avoid air bubbles. Once melted, it will reach the consistency of a transparent syrup which, after standing for a few minutes to cool, can be used to make various decorations using the appropriate techniques:
As is: poured onto moulds or other forms for original and transparent decorations.
In mass: the mass, worked at 40°C, with the help of an incandescent lamp, can be used like sugar paste and allows the creation of enchanting transparent or translucent shapes.
Blown sugar: the mass can be worked like glass to obtain hollow objects with a great plastic effect.

** PRECAUTIONS to avoid burns: Keep a bowl of ice water nearby in case of skin contact. Use latex gloves.

** Cooked syrup is very hot and can splash! ALWAYS KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!
