Storage: store in a dry, dark place, 15°C - 20°C.
Preparation: The following process is recommended for best results: Allow the sugar paste to reach room temperature. Knead the sugar dough firmly until it is smooth and elastic. Sprinkle the work surface with a little icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2 to 3 mm thick). Turn the sugar paste over by a quarter to prevent it sticking. Are small cracks still visible at the edges when the fondant is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolled out. The sugar paste is now ready to use.
