Callebaut Callets Dark are made from the finest Belgian chocolate and contains 53,8% cacao. The callets are designed for melting and have balanced bitter cocoa taste. Suitable to made bonbons or chocolate. But also perfect for glazing your cupcake or cookie.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: milk. Kosher

Content: 1 kg.

Due to different temperatures, the callets may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the callets.
