FunCakes rolled fondant (vanilla flavor) is very flexible. The fondant is easy to use due to its soft structure. The fondant hardens after processing. FunCakes fondant is available in more lovely colors.
For a round cake with a dia of 24/26 cm you need approx. 500 gram of fondant to cover the cake completely. For decorations, you can add per 250 gram fondant one full teaspoon of tylose and some water. Before use, you have to knead it well and roll it out on an thin layer of powdered sugar.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), humectant (E422), thickening agent (E415, E466), emulsifier (E471), natural flavoring, preservative (E200), citric acid (E330).
Allergens: this product may contain traces of almond. Gluten free.
