Funcakes - Chocolate drops, white chocolate, 350 g

Use our melting chocolate to make your own bonbons, chocolate decorations, glazes or a drizzle or drip on cakes and cupcakes. Or dip fresh strawberries in the melted chocolate! Heaven. The chocolate melts can be melted au bain-marie or in the micro wave. They are made from real Belgian chocolate. Cause when you’ve been in the kitchen for hours working on that fine piece of art, you’re not settling for anything but the best.

When you want to use the product to add taste to mousse or bavarois than melt the product in the microwave without following above steps(stir to prevent burning). Due to different temperatures, the melts may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the melts.

• Can be melted in the microwave or au bain-marie.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, 8-20°C.

Preparations: Pour the melts in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt at maximum power (±800W) in the microwave. To evenly spread the temperature, remove the chocolate every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small bits of chocolate can still be seen). Keep stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. Make sure that no water is added!

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter (30%), whole milk powder, emulsifier: E322 (soy), natural vanilla flavouring.
