The LorAnn Proffesional Bakery Emulsions distinguished from concentrated extracts with a rich, robust and long lasting taste. The emulsions are particulary suitable for use in more extreme environments. They could be processed at high temperatures. An excellent choise for all self making cakes, biscuits, cookies, but also for fillings, such as icing and desserts.
This banana baking emulsion has a delicious flavor.
Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, gum.
May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
