PEAR Puree is made from fresh pears harvested when fully ripe and carefully sorted.
The fruit undergoes a sieving process to separate the pulp from the skin and seeds, and is then pasteurised.
This puree has a homogenous, thick texture, with dark grains characteristic of the pear's skin. It is ready for use in a variety of recipes, including jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets, ice creams, ganaches, sweets, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails and more.
This purée is conveniently packaged in a flexible gourd with a re-sealable cap for easy use.
Made in France.
Ingredients: 90% William's Pear (France), 10% added sugar (France), antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Average nutritional values per 100 g: Energy value 380 kJ - 90 kcal - Fat: < 0.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 0.0 g - Carbohydrates: 20 g, of which sugars 20 g - Protein: < 0.5 g - Salt < 0.01 g.
Net weight: 500 g.
Before opening: we recommend keeping fruit purée away from heat and humidity & in a cool place (preferably in the refrigerator between +4°C/+6°C => but the product is stable at room temperature).
After opening: keep for 21 days in the refrigerator at +4°C/+6°C.
