A classical baking recipe that we never get tired of: Brownies! These delicious chocolate buddies go well with everything and thanks to this FunCakes baking mix they are made in a matter of minutes and is completely glutenfree. Add butter, eggs and water and enjoy the rich chocolate flavour shortly after. Craving that extra bite? Add chopped nuts, raisins or the FunCakes Chocolate Chunks or Drops. Or go for a chocolate glaze on top!

- This cake mix is also suitable for baking a chocolate cake or chocolate muffins.

- Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Preparation: Preheat the oven at 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 500 g mix, 250 g butter and 190 g eggs (3½-4 pcs) in a bowl. Mix for 3 minutes at medium speed to a thick batter. Fill a greased baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
