Mix for a delicious light chocolate sponge cake with a rich chocolate taste

Preparations: all ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Put the mixture, the eggs and the water in a bowl and mix at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full). Bake the cake in the preheated oven. Do not open the oven in between! The cake is ready when it feels springy to the touch. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid. 

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, cocoa powder (skimmed), emulsifier: E472b (palm, rapeseed), E477 (palm), barley malt, glucose syrup (dried), raising agent: E500, E450, milk powder (skimmed), sugar (burned), thickener: E415. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: egg, soy and lupin.
