Their golden brown colour and vanilla taste will make you want to eat them right away, but wait! The cupcakes are perfect for decorating with fondant, marzipan or swirls and rosettes of buttercream. Getting into a creative flow? Add the FunCakes flavour pastes or FunColours colourings to vary with tastes and colours.
The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Preparation: Preheat the oven at 170°C (convection oven 150°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: mix 500 g mix, 200 g butter and 250 g eggs (5 pcs). Mix at low speed for 3 minutes into a smooth batter. Line a muffin pan with paper baking cups, use an ice-cream scoop to half fill the cups with batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Do you prefer making mini cupcakes? With 500 gram Mix for Cupcakes you can make approx. 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12-15 minutes. Or do you prefer a loaf cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (convection oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes.
