This FunCakes food flavouring is ideal for deliciously flavouring your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and other fillings.
FunCakes flavourings can be added to dough, making them ideal for baking. Ideal for flavouring biscuit dough or cupcakes, for example. Add the recommended dosage to your preparation. Add extra food flavouring if the baking temperature is high (above 200°C), as this can reduce the flavour strength of the flavouring. These flavourings can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Recommended dosage: 30g for 500g of preparation.
