RASPBERRY puree made from raspberries harvested when ripe and sorted.
The fruit is sieved to separate the pulp from the achenes, then pasteurised. A smooth, creamy purée.
Ready to use, you can make a wide range of recipes: jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets and ice creams, ganaches, sweets, fruit jellies, toppings, cocktails, etc...
Conveniently packaged in a flexible flask with a resealable cap.
Fruit content: 90% Raspberry.
Made in France.
