FRUITS DE LA PASSION Purée is made from fruit harvested when fully ripe and carefully sorted.
The fruit undergoes a mechanical crushing process followed by sieving to separate the pulp from the seeds.
The purée is homogenous and fluid, ready to be used in a variety of recipes such as jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets, ice creams, ganaches, sweets, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails and many others.
It's conveniently packaged in a flexible flask with a resealable cap for easy use.
Fruit content : 100% Passion.

Before opening: we recommend keeping fruit purée away from heat and humidity & in a cool place (preferably in the refrigerator between +4°C/+6°C => but the product is stable at room temperature).
After opening: keep for 21 days in the refrigerator at +4°C/+6°C.
