FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder, also known as Bäckerstärke in Germany, is a particularly fine potato starch. This powder is particularly suitable for rolling out fondants, marzipan and pastry. But you can also use it to ‘flour’ your silicone moulds. The starch will prevent your mixture from sticking.
Tip: Use a filter or a dusting bag for even distribution.
Contents: 225 grams.
Ingredients: potato starch.
May contain traces of : egg, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l expressed as SO2.
