Give your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and other fillings a delicious and original flavour using this FunCakes food flavouring.
FunCakes flavourings can be added to dough, making them ideal for baking. Ideal for flavouring biscuit dough or cupcakes, for example. Add the recommended dosage to your preparation. Add extra food flavouring if the baking temperature is high (above 200°C), as this can reduce the flavour of the food flavouring. Food flavourings can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Recommended dosage: 30g for 500g of preparation.
