FunCakes glucose syrup is suitable for a wide variety of sweet recipes, including desserts, confectionery, cakes and jams. Glucose syrup prevents any unwanted crystallisation of sugar and gives a softer consistency. It is perfectly suited to modelling chocolate, royal icing, fondant and sugar paste.
