How to use:

Edible glue: Mix 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum with 4 tablespoons of water. Dissolves completely in 10–20 minutes for a clear adhesive.

Pastillage: Mix 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum with 100 g of royal icing. Let rest for 1 hour.

Gum paste: Knead 5 g of xanthan gum into 250 g of fondant. Let the mixture rest for 20–30 minutes before use.
Net weight: 50 g.
Ingredients: 100 % xanthan gum.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place at 12-20 °C.
