Gelatine powder 50 g for preparing your creams, custards, mousses, sweets... 1 jar of gelatine powder = 25 sheets of gelatine!
Dosage: 2 g gelatine powder = 1 sheet of gelatine
To use: pour the gelatine into cold water. To do this, add 6 times its weight in water (e.g. for 2g of gelatine, hydrate in 12g of water). Mix and leave to swell for 3 minutes. Add the mixture directly to your hot mixture and mix well.
Do not add gelatine to a boiling mixture as it will lose its gelling effect.
