Just add water to create a confectionery-quality Swiss cream.
Perfect for filling cakes, cupcakes, puff pastry, choux pastry, desserts and other treats.
Contents: 500 grams.
Preparation: Mix 250 g of mixture with 550 ml of water for 5 minutes at high speed. Leave the cream to set for a while before using.
