Cocoa nibs are pieces of pure cocoa beans that have been roasted and then crushed.

They are used to add crunch to chocolate bars, or to give a crunchy texture and incomparable flavour to ganaches, biscuits, cakes, nougatine, tuiles, ice cream, etc. They can also be sprinkled on top for decoration.

It has a bitter and powerful taste.

Applications > confectionery, pastries, Viennese pastries, decoration, chocolate tarts.

Ingredients: cocoa beans.

May contain traces of soya, milk, egg, gluten, nuts, sulphites.
